The only sustainable edge: Why business strategy depends on productive friction and dynamic specialisaion John Hagel III, John Seely Brown Harvard University Press, May 2005 Despite the rather long winding title/subtitle – I think this is an interesting book that talks about the impact of new technologies and of the emergence of the low-cost economies on management of the supply chain.
