Ferrari Taxi in Trivandrum, Kerala, India
This is amazing to see a Ferrari as a taxi in capital city of Kerala state in India – Thiruvananthapuram. I don’t know the history behind it
– but I am guessing that most probably this must have been won as a lottery prize in UAE.
I wonder how many people can travel in this car though – and where does one put the luggage?
I also love the layout of this site. Its very tastefully done. Congratulations.nn1
Fantastic, thats incredible !
I agree, I think it must be one of those. Or he’s a prince in disguise, slumming it.
Where did you get this picture from ?

Thanks Anil.
I got the pics from a friend in India via email.
Hi Pramod,
I was just talking to a friend about this picture, and he reminded me about the whole Tendulkar issue (i.e., 200% tax on luxury cars). Would be surprised if this chap would have actually been able to bring it in at that kind of price. Maybe its just a smart photoshop job !

Could be – but looking at the exif details of the photo – it looks like it could be genuine.
Will update if I get any more info. :-)Â
I cant imagine why anyone would want to have a Ferrari taxi in kerala? If you are rich enough to have it, just drive it in style – or sell it and buy a couple of normal taxis that will bring in money.
photoshop job sounds more plausible..but if this is true, sure is interesting!
