Now why doesnt it surprise me ??? Well not only is the hardware slow, people are at times utmost unresponsive. Recently my advisor asked me to write to a prof at IIT-Bombay for some comments on my work. The email was CCed to my advisor and yet the prof turned a blind eye and did not respond. In fact this particular prof has spent a considerable amount of time in the states too.

 w.r.t Ullas’ plaint, I’ve had similar experiences with non-indian profs and others as well, equally frustrating. So maybe its just the human software wired in with a delay.
