As has become a habit these days, I was checking out the blog links from Manoj’s Melam page (check my links section). And that led me to this interesting site of Madhu Menon, who quit his job as a techie and started his own restaurant. Interesting story – but to be frank I have no clue how good his food creations are – have asked few of my Bangalore friends to check out and let me know. But his restaurant’s website – I found it very interesting – and perhaps a good experiment that needs to be watched on using blogs to communicate with your customers.

It would be great to have use blogs as a method for maintaining an ongoing relationship with ones customers –

in fact in this case another interesting aspect would be see how non-resident Bangaloreans get hooked to this restaurant. I have seen

that lots of comments in the blogs are from non-Bangaloreans.
